David Andeerson : Stochastic models of biochemical reaction systems

I will present a tutorial on the mathematical models utilized in molecular biology. I will begin with an introduction to the usual stochastic and deterministic models, and then introduce terminology and results from chemical reaction network theory. I will end by presenting the Â?deficiency zeroÂ? theorem in both the deterministic and stochastic settings.
